Focus Flow : Deep Focus Timer (“Focus Flow”) helps you run focus sessions and track your productivity. This policy describes what data the app may collect and how it is used.

1. Data We Collect

• Purchase data: App Store transaction information used to verify and manage premium access (StoreKit).
• Diagnostics: Crash logs, performance metrics, and other technical diagnostics used to improve stability and performance. This data is not linked to your identity for advertising purposes.
• App data you create: Focus sessions, settings, and preferences stored on your device. If you use sync, this data may be stored through Apple’s iCloud/CloudKit infrastructure.

2. How We Use Data

• Provide core app features (timer, sessions, statistics).
• Verify and manage premium purchases.
• Improve reliability, fix bugs, and maintain security.
• Deliver optional notifications you enable in the app or device settings.

3. Advertising and Tracking

Focus Flow does not display third-party ads. The app does not use the App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework because it does not track you across other companies’ apps or websites for advertising purposes, and it does not sell your data to data brokers.

4. Third-Party Services

Focus Flow relies on Apple services only, including:

• StoreKit (in-app purchases)
• iCloud / CloudKit (optional sync, when enabled)
• Apple Push Notification service (optional notifications)

Apple processes data according to its own privacy policies.

5. Data Storage

Session and settings data are stored on your device. If sync is enabled, data may be stored in your iCloud account via CloudKit. We retain data only as long as needed to provide app features or as required by law.

6. Children's Privacy

Focus Flow is intended for a general audience and is not designed to knowingly collect personal data from children.

7. Your Choices

• Manage notification permissions in your device Settings.
• Remove app data by deleting the app from your device.
• Manage iCloud sync through your Apple ID and device settings.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will be published at this URL with an updated effective date.
